1. Services

EventFlow Entertainment provides event-related services which may include, but are not limited to:

• Event planning and coordination
• Entertainment services
• Event hosting and production
• Vendor coordination
• Event-related equipment and setup

All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Booking & Payment Policies

To reserve EventFlow Entertainment services, clients must follow the booking policies outlined below.

Booking & Policies

• 30% non-refundable retainer required to secure your event date
• Remaining balance due 24 hours prior to the event
• All packages include standard setup and breakdown
• Travel fees may apply outside the primary service area

Failure to complete payment by the required deadline may result in cancellation of services.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Client Cancellation

If a client cancels an event:

• The 30% retainer is non-refundable
• Any additional payments may be refunded at the discretion of EventFlow Entertainment depending on timing and expenses already incurred.

Rescheduling

Clients may request to reschedule an event subject to:

• Availability of EventFlow Entertainment
• Notice provided before the scheduled event date

Rescheduling is not guaranteed.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate event details
• Ensure a safe working environment for staff and equipment
• Obtain necessary permits or venue permissions when required
• Inform EventFlow of any special requirements or restrictions

EventFlow Entertainment reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if safety concerns arise.

5. Event Changes

Changes to event details such as:

• Date
• Location
• Duration
• Service requirements

must be communicated as soon as possible. Additional fees may apply depending on the changes.

6. Liability Disclaimer

EventFlow Entertainment will make every reasonable effort to provide services as agreed. However, we are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Weather conditions
• Venue restrictions
• Power outages
• Acts of God
• Vendor failures
• Government restrictions

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the EventFlow website including:

• Logos
• Branding
• Images
• Videos
• Text

is the property of EventFlow Entertainment and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

8. Media Release

EventFlow Entertainment may capture photos or video during events for promotional and marketing purposes.

If a client does not wish to have media used, they must notify EventFlow Entertainment in writing prior to the event.

9. Website Use

Users agree not to:

• Use the website for illegal activities
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
• Interfere with website functionality
• Copy or distribute website content without permission

10. Privacy

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal information.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Florida.
